TOS - ข้อตกลง- ส่งความคืบหน้าเป็นภาพแคปหน้าจอให้ในช่วงร่าง ลงสีเบส และตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของภาพเต็ม (Update by sending screencap of the prosses: sketch, flat color and finish piece)- สามารถขอแก้รายละเอียด ท่าทางและไกด์สีได้ รวมไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง (You can request for change up to 3 times per piece)- หากแก้เปลี่ยนไปจากภาพร่างที่ตกลงไว้เยอะเกินไป จะถือว่าเป็นภาพใหม่ และคิดค่างานใหม่โดยไม่คืนมัดจำงานก่อนหน้า เนื่องจากเริ่มงานไปแล้ว (If the changes are too alter from the original agreement, artist do have the right to charge new payment and keep the last work's pledge)- ภาพคอมมิชชั่นจะถูกนำไปเป็นตัวอย่างต่อไป สามารถแจ้งวันที่จะเปิดเผยภาพสาธารณะเพื่อให้นักวาดลงผลงานหลังวันที่กำหนด (The finish work will be show in artist's portfolio, you can inform the date for artist to post the piece after you publicize the work)- หากต้องการนำไปใช้ส่วนตัว รบกวนแจ้งล่วงหน้า ทางนักวาดจะทำการลดค่างานให้ (The prices shown for commercial use if you wish to use for personal use; as gift or one of a kind product. Please inform artist as there will be a discount for the piece)

(Fanart: character's name, show's name, their personalities to prevent OOC)- ออริจินัล: ประวัติ/นิสัยพอสังเขป เพื่อให้ไม่หลุดคาร์
(OC: their character sheet or something similar, their personalities to prevent OOC)- สีหน้า ท่าทาง สามารถแนบภาพตัวอย่างหรือก้างปลาได้เพื่อช่วยให้เห็นภาพชัดขึ้น
(Facial expression, pose, please attach example for artist visual)- เครื่องแต่งกาย
(Clothe, outfit, costume)- รายละเอียดพื้นหลัง (ถ้ามี)
(Background detail [optional])- โทนสี เช่น ร้อน, เย็น, พาสเทล (ถ้ามี)

ขนาดไฟล์ และการส่งไฟล์งาน (File's size & sending method)- สามารถระบุขนาดที่ต้องการได้ หากไม่ได้ระบุจะใช้ขนาดไซส์ A5 (1748x2480 px) เป็นมาตรฐาน ความละเอียดภาพ 300 dpi สกุล.JPEG
